Written scope, fees, timelines, and terms — signed by both parties before work commences.

PAN, Aadhaar, and relevant financial documents collected via secure channels only.
Service Delivery
Work commences upon receipt of required documents and agreed advance fees where applicable.
Closure & Handover
Deliverables issued and documents returned or retained as per engagement terms and statutory obligations.
Fees & GST

All fees are exclusive of applicable GST (currently 18%) and are as agreed in your engagement letter. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Services may be suspended for non-payment.

Can I terminate midway?
Yes. Either party may terminate with 15 days' written notice. Fees for all work completed to termination date remain payable. Client documents are returned or securely destroyed on written request.
Are fees quoted inclusive of GST?
No. All fees quoted are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST at the prevailing rate (currently 18%) will be added to all invoices as required by the GST Act, 2017.

Pre-Engagement Check
Review of existing client relationships and team member personal interests before accepting any new engagement.
Prompt Disclosure
If a conflict is identified, it is disclosed to all relevant parties. We either implement information barriers with written consent, or decline the engagement.
Ongoing Monitoring
Team members must disclose any new personal, financial, or business interests arising during an active engagement that could create a conflict.
Annual Register Review
Our conflict register is reviewed annually and updated as new engagements or personnel changes occur.

Standard due date for non-audit individuals is 31st July. For taxpayers requiring a tax audit (income above ₹1 crore for business/profession), the due date is 31st October. CBDT may extend deadlines — confirm with us for the current year.

02What happens if I ignore an Income Tax notice?
Non-response to IT notices — especially Sections 143(1), 143(2), 148 — can result in ex-parte assessment, heavy penalties, and in serious cases, prosecution. Contact us at the earliest upon receipt of any notice.
