We chose to formalise as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 because we believe the structure you build for your clients should reflect the standards you set for your own practice.
Our scope is deliberate: tax, GST, ROC compliance, virtual CFO support and strategic advisory — done well, for businesses that value being done well.
